In order to implement the spirit of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region on implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and the important speech of the Chairman of the Autonomous Region Chen Wu on June 12, the school organized the National Key Laboratory for some chemistry and pharmacy. A team of 15 experts from the relevant research institutes went to Guangxi Medical University, Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangxi Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangxi Medicinal Botanical Garden, and other units to conduct research and exchange activities. The expert delegation has inspected the National Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research in the Research Institute of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute, the Key Laboratory of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Quality Standards, and the National Joint Research Center for Biological Targeting Diagnosis and Treatment of Guangxi Medical University. Regional high-initiation early prevention and treatment research Ministry of Education Laboratory, Longevity and Geriatric Related Diseases Provincial Ministry of Education Key Laboratory, Experimental Animal Center, Science Experiment Center of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sino-Thai Traditional Medicine Research Joint Laboratory, 4 National Key Laboratory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, National Engineering Laboratory for Southwestern Endangered Medicinal Resources Development of Guangxi Medicinal Botanical Garden, Guangxi Chinese Herbal Medicine Specimen Museum, Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Breeding Engineering Technology Research Center, Guangxi Medicinal Research Center Teaching and research units such as the Key Laboratory of Resource Protection and Genetic Improvement, to understand their successful experience in laboratory construction and featured research.

During the inspection, the expert delegation also held discussions with the leaders and researchers of the inspection units. Yao Chun, Director of the Autonomous Region Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhong Ming, Dean of Guangxi Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Wu Weifeng, Vice President of Guangxi Medical University, Dai Ming, Vice President of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Yan Jianhua, Director of Guangxi Medicinal Botanical Garden, attended the forum. The two sides exchanged ideas on scientific research, personnel training, laboratory construction and services related to local economic development in Guangxi. In-depth discussions have been carried out with the scientific and technological leading role of research institutes attempting to answer how to accurately grasp the demand orientation of medical technology in our district in the new era, how to further promote the collaborative innovation of science and technology in universities and give full play to key laboratories in universities, and the new ways of co-cultivating and preserving outstanding reserve talents in the field of pharmacy in Guangxi. Everyone agreed that we should make full use of the national and research platforms at all levels, realize resource sharing, carry out various forms of cooperation, and make greater contributions to the economic construction and personnel training of our district.

Through this exchange, our school has further strengthened contact with four university research institutes and reached preliminary intentions in school-school cooperation, platform resource sharing, scientific research coordination and innovation, and talents joint training, in order to further promote medical research in our district. The development of science and technology in the field is helping.
