日前，我校梁宏和杨峰教授团队在Rare Metals上发表了题为“Development of a Pt(II) compound based on indocyanine green@human serum albumin nanoparticles: integrating phototherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy to overcome tumor cisplatin resistance”的研究文章，提出采用化疗、PTT和免疫治疗的三联疗法克服肿瘤的顺铂耐药。

       梁宏和杨峰教授课团队基于吲哚菁绿(ICG)负载的HSA NPs (ICG@HSA NPs)开发了一种的新型氨基硫脲Pt(II)化合物，ICG作为PTT的光敏剂，实现了化疗、PTT和免疫治疗联合治疗以克服肿瘤顺铂耐药。
